Aquent is looking for an Associate Engagement Consultant for our Fortune 500 Financial client in Baltimore, MD. This is a full time, onsite assignment through the end of the year with potential to extend and full benefits - medical, dental, 401K. This person will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis and generate insights for Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have Data Analyst (specifically people analytics) experience, but will also have HR experience (using HR data to understand the data that we get from surveys). This person should have 7-10+ years of experience. The Associate Engagement Consultant will support the configuration, design, and implementation of the associate feedback solution. This role includes conducting research and data analytics to develop tactics utilizing data and metrics to support business goals.
• Facilitate discovery work including interviews, associate focus groups, and external and internal research to support associate engagement goals
• Collaborate with partners across HR (e.g., HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence) to generate reports and tactics to address challenges
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate insights about key drivers of engagement
• Share insights with HR Business Partner and COE leaders to inform policy, program, and people decisions
• Support pulse survey strategy, execution, and utilization of data
• Create reports that illustrate feedback findings graphically, highlighting patterns and trends in data and helping the reader to achieve quick insights
• Implement tactics that directly improve business engagement outcomes based on pulse findings, business needs and challenges.
o Analyze data to propose strategies for how to attract candidates who are most likely to be successful
o Analyze Foundation course findings and onboarding surveys to identify which associates are on-track to reach onboarding milestones and to identify areas associates are likely to need support with to be successful
o Conduct attrition analyses to identify main departure reasons and to propose solutions to improve results
o Analyze recognition data and define reporting needs
