We are hiring a Project Manager with 5 years experience who has a strong background in leading larger projects and teams that also has the skills working cross-functional with teams to support our clients Rewards Program for a global coffee brand.
Job details include:
-End to end delivery for go-to-market campaigns, making sure marketers have what they need and facilitating cross-functional partnerships
-This role will largely be focused on our Loyalty program but will also likely be leveraged for continuous improvement and process documentation.
-Streamlining existing processes and laying some groundwork for being more efficient in the daily work for the PMO
Continuously implementing new campaigns and features for the loyalty program – something that everyone has visibility into, your family has this program, friends, etc.Best vs. average:
Seasoned PM that has worked on a lot of different projects and the resume can read somewhat like a roadmap of campaigns they’ve delivered
Trusted to run high visibility roles
What’s the aspect that makes your PM style special?
Don’t want a laundry list of what you’d delivered, what did you like about the PM aspect of the project
How you recover from a failure?
Marketing project management background (5 years min)
Story telling skills will make them successful
Ideally want to see PMs that has lead larger projects and teams that has worked with cross-functional teams
PMP – nice to have
This is not marketing role, this is the project management aspect of the campaign so if they want to do marketing, this isn’t the right fit
