Our client, a growing Pharma agency in Chicago, is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Supe/Account Director 

Ideal candidate will have the responsibility and play a key role in helping to shape the clients’ marketing initiatives and meeting or exceeding their goals, objectives, and implementation of mission-critical tactics.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • You will lead the development of a marketing plan, including determining the key marketing insight (or insights) on which marketing can act and impact the market, resultant brand objectives, strategies and recommended tactics to support the strategies
  • Presentation of programs and agency POV to key clients
  • You will maintain detailed financial management of key accounts
  • Lead efforts to grow organic new business development within assigned accounts
  • You will maintain consistency and efficiency of agency processes
  • You will manage the launch of a new drug and all the marketing components required for a launch 
  • You will have a minimum of one direct report

Desired Experience and Qualifications: •

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical advertising agency setting
  • BS or BA degree in a related field, preferred
  • Diverse experience across HCP and consumer (patients) desired •
  • You are professionally polished, charismatic, and have the ability to grow business organically
  • Your colleagues describe you as having EXCELLENT speaking and writing skills
  • Must present well to client groups and be able to command a room
  • The ability to work independently and proactively while multi-tasking across a variety of brand initiatives
  • You are a born leader, commanding respect while working hand-in-hand both with your accounts and your team members
  • Excellent ability to manage all financial aspects of the account
  • Some travel will be required
