Our client is looking for a DIGITAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Implement the brand strategy as defined by the Global Creative Brand Team Leadership. Responsible for supporting the Art Director, Digital to execute on e-commerce designs, email designs, and promos.
Design emails, blogs, promotions, paid media, and other content for multiple channels, ensuring assets support personalization, responsive design principles, e-commerce best practices, and follow corporate standards related to visual style/branding guidelines.
Partner with developers to ensure design to code is as 1:1 as possible.
Maintain an up to date and organized set of files for project archive.
Actively participates in departmental team status and partner with creative project management to maintain deadlines and mitigate issues.
Successfully execute all identified marketing project objectives for brand.
Adherence to Global Marketing Blueprint.
Design mobile first.
Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree in Graphic Design or other related areas from an Arts College or accredited University.
Minimum 3 years of combined experience in either digital graphic design or qualification from a related technical/educational qualification.
Experience in retail marketing and/or digital brand experience working with a youth-oriented brand or product a preferred.
Strong understanding of the online web development process, coding language, digital/video file format standards, browser compatibility, and function of UX/wirefames and information architecture.
Creative thinker who can provide a solid portfolio of creative ideas.
Understand how social media can be used to cultivate a brand visions/voice experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Sketch, with in depth knowledge of a variety of digital and video/motion tools and production technologies, including: HTML/CSS, Mobile/Tablet, e-commerce, wireframes, prototyping, social platforms, paid media, and blogs.
Use visual design, creative ideation, compositional sensibilities, typographic rules, critical thinking, and user journey optimization to translate creative concepts into materials for the internal and external consumers.
Detail oriented, can manage multiple projects.
Comfortable with working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Confidence presenting creative ideas and concepts in a compelling manner.
