You have a love for beauty, a creative energy and an innovative spirit!  In this role, as the consultant on the International Business Team, it will be you who provides support to the team.  You work well independently in a fast-moving environment, you have an attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional computer applications and systems skills – to include Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and current social networking applications.

  • Business Analytics
    • Data collection & compilation
    • Data validation & publication
    • Fact based data analysis
  • Administrative project management
    • Creative request acknowledgement, confirmation, tracking and release
    • Trafficking of project based artwork
    • PO creation and tracking
    • Cross charge management
  • Communication
    • Email and telephone communication to international markets
    • Monthly reports to marketing and key cross-functional partners
  • Meeting Preparation
    • Tasks as assigned
  • Interact effectively with cross-functional departments to build networks and to support the project development process:
    • Creative
    • Finance
    • Zones/ Markets
    • Social/ Comm
    • DMI Marketing
    • Supply Chain

 

The Network you would Work With

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with all levels of the global team as well as the company's cross-functional departments and international affiliates involved in the strategic development of Kiehl’s global business model 

A successful period of 12 - 18 months in this position could lead to the following possible positions:

Qualifications, Knowledge & Know-How required

  • Four year degree required 
  • Required Work Experience: 2-3 years of applicable business experience
