o Identify research gaps, distill findings from all research, develop research plans for quantitative or mixed
quantitative/qualitative research into user behaviors
o Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics in collaboration with Designers, Qualitative
Researchers, Engineers and Program Managers
o Examine existing data and product designs to generate hypotheses and plans for high-impact research.
o Participate in an agile team structure, be familiar with scrum ceremonies, backlog story writing and planning
with a product design team
o You will moderate 1:1 and group panels, and will document, compile, synthesize and communicate research
finding and next-step actions to inform and impact decision-making process
o You will be an advocate to drive and execute environmentally sustainable design solutions
o Bachelor's Degree in Research, Human-Computer Interaction Design or a related field is required
o 7 - 9 years of UX or user-research for digital products, including web and mobile
o Well-versed with scrum ceremonies, experienced backlog story writing and documented sprint planning with a product team design team is required
o Proficiency in a variety of user research techniques and reports is required
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet tools, including Web browsers, project management systems and Adobe Suite
o Delivers excellent design to multiple projects or programs; achieves team targets and individual goals through successful executions of defined objectives.
o Persistent and diligent attention to detail
o Demonstrated strong visual, written and verbal communications skills to execute project briefs is required.
