We are looking for someone that is highly organized, process oriented and tenacious that is eager to excel for the role of Training Programs coordinator. This person will sit in our Business Education team in New York to support various instructor-led global training programs. The role will work with several program managers with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume instructor-led trainings and support our Trainer Network.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage webinar events
  • Manage invites/reminders/follow-up emails
  • Support webinars during event
  • Crossfunctional communication and collaboration: Interact with Marketing and Sales teams to get the information needed to create a webinar,
  • Work with regional teams to secure rooms and manage logistics of instructor led trainings
  • Create, manage and improve operational processes and infrastructure
  • Voucher distribution
  • Support Trainers in Trainer Network
    • Manage Registration, hub access, Certification verification, Invites to group and hub, Badges allocation.
  • Community Management:
    • Manage group content calendar (approx audience: 500)
    • Build out posts
    • Community management (responding to group inquiries)
  • Reporting & Data Entry
    • Updating excel reports for FMP
    • Voucher funnel reporting
    • Reports across the entire student and trainer experience

Skills:

  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Proactive
  • Comfortable with high-volume operational tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills (will work with people around the world)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Go To Webinar experience
  • Google Docs and/or Word/Excel experience
  • Experience working with/supporting trainers
  • HTML knowledge - Basic

Preferred qualifications:

  • Marketo certification
  • LMS and CMS management experience
  • Splash experience
  • Community management
