Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for any large project within the operations team related to people development or marketing team operations. Including but not limited to team events, L&D initiatives, executive stakeholder project managment, and general project management support across the pillars of MS&O
  • Commonly take on more than one project at once and occasionally work alongside another program manager. Important tasks include planning the project, delegating responsibilities, tracking budgets and schedules, overseeing meetings, and ensuring that all projects are completed within deadlines
  • Create reports and presentations that employees working on a project usually require. Serve as liaisons between the employees and anyone involved in the project, such as executives and stakeholders
  • Coordinate activities and resources for projects that impact multiple departments or for multiple projects
  • Coordinate meetings and develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project

Nice to Have Experience:

  • 2+ years of Learning & development / HR experience  
  • 5+ years of Operations experience
