Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager for the world’s leading internet services’ company, to help with event planning/execution for cloud industry programs and events targeted to IT decision makers. If you have 5+ years of business technology experience, especially in field marketing with respect to executing ABM 1:1 plans and events aligned to regional team goals, please apply! We are seeking exceptional event management, proven ability to partner with sales teams, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute ABM 1:1 and 1:few account plans aligned to regional sales team goals
  • Deliver programs within outlined budget and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs to determine ROI aligned to West marketing goals per account
  • Develop impactful communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the global and industry teams to scale programs
  • Develop and project manage events and roadshows
  • Work with agency to develop and execute in person customer events
  • Attend events/roadshows to ensure flawless execution; including: management and prep of booth staff, content, and demo management
  • Manage post event activities including processing the list of attendees, writing lead follow up collateral for sales and inspecting lead follow up to drive pipeline

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years business technology experience, especially in field marketing, with special expertise managing events
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Experience project managing industry and customer events
  • Excellent people skills and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Project management skills including: managing agencies, vendors and global projects
  • Proficient in Google Docs / MS Office
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels

Duration: 1 Year with possibility of extension
Location: Playa Vista (Preferred).
Sunnyvale, San Diego, Venice and Irvine will also be considered.

    1. Please outline how you would build, develop, and deploy an end-end strategy and go-to-market plan.
    2. Where would you start?
  3. You’ve been tasked with developing and executing an event to target executives in our top accounts.
    1. What are your main goals for the event?
  4. You're part of a marketing team that needs to 5X the amount of pipeline delivered with just 2X the resources.
    1. How would you go about this?
