We're working with our beauty client on their search for an Assistant Manager for eCommerce and Digital Marketing on their professional/sulfate-free haircare brand.
This position will focus on executing programs that will help drive sales to Pureology.com. The role will use best in class digital programs to meet our brand objectives. This includes taking initiative, working cross-functionally, and executing programs from start to finish across various digital platforms. In this role, you will need the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage internal and external resources to bring projects to life, while maintaining a results driven approach. This person should have strong communication skills and understand how to prioritize projects. This person must also be a self-starter who has the ability to work well independently and in a team setting. In addition, the manager will work closely with Brand Marketing, Social Marketing, Education, Sales, Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Operations and 3rd party vendors.
1-3 years’ experience: Must have strong project management skills, the ability to be proactive, execute Must understand how to drive sales across paid media, onsite, and through CRM.
Basic Technical knowledge with experience working with 3rd party integrations
Execute email campaigns, advertising campaigns, and search campaigns.
Monitor and track competitive and develop merchandising plans across the Pureology.com
Develop email calendar based on promotional calendar and partner with agency on deployment
Creative brief development
Strong project management skills
Demonstrates strong digital vision
Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide optimization recommendations
Experience with Google Analytics

Experience with E-commerce website launches
Bachelors’ degree required
