We're working with our beauty client on an exciting new position to join their professional haircare and color brand as an eCommerce/Digital Marketing Director.

This position will focus on driving sales to Pureology.com across the customer journey from Acquisition, Conversion, and Retention.  The role will use best in class digital programs to meet our brand objectives.  This includes taking initiative, working cross-functionally, and executing programs from start to finish across various digital platforms.  In this role, you will need the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage internal and external resources to bring projects to life, while maintaining a results driven approach.  This person should have strong communication skills and understand how to prioritize projects.  This person must also be a self-starter who has the ability to work well independently and in a team setting.   In addition, the manager will work closely with Brand Marketing, Social Marketing, Education, Sales, Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Operations and 3rd party vendors.

 

Requirements:

7-10 years’ experience: Must have Ecommerce merchandising experience on Demandware.  Must understand how to drive sales across paid media, onsite, and through CRM.

Must be willing to work in manage workload with minimal guidance/supervision

Must have the ability execute, project manage, and think strategically

Basic Technical knowledge with experience working with 3rd party integrations

Develop, forecast and execute all promotional campaigns; includes managing offer development, cadence, and audience segmentation.

Prepare and present promotional budget including revenue forecasts, promotional expense and internal communication plans for management approval

Manage agency partners to ensure media investment on SEM, Affiliate and Partnerships are driving strong conversion with ROI

Develop email calendar based on promotional calendar and partner with agency on deployment

Creative brief development

Strong project management skills

Demonstrates strong digital vision

Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms

Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide optimization recommendations

Experience with Google Analytics

Excellent organizational skills with avid attention to detail and follow through.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication, negotiation skills

Proven ability in successfully running multiple projects

Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and as part of a team

Experience with E-commerce website launches

Bachelors’ degree required

Advanced PC skills (MS Word, Microsoft Outlook Calendar & E-Mail, Excel, Power Point)
