Job Description:

Opportunity to work for a giant tech company headquartered in the Bay Area.


  • Assist team with communication programs including scheduling and planning logistics for research sharing sessions, putting together media materials for offices, drafting newsletter emails, and general coordination / scheduling for shadowing sign-ups
  • Assist team in maintenance for the company website including uploading, organizing, posting content as well as working with the insights search host.
  • Assist team in developing and facilitating training content for the website
  • Assist team in curation of user voice content including analyzing reports, or sifting through provided content.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 
  • General project/program management


  • Any graphic design or creative experience in branding 
  • Analytical mindset and delivering customer insights by analyzing user intent, customer needs 
  • Experience with complex operational and strategic initiatives, involving cross-functional teams (UX, eng, business, analytics) 
  • Data expertise (SQL, app script, etc.) 
  • Any training development experience
