Job Description:

This position is responsible for planning and execution of the digital experience for a new group of customers. This will include benefits management, claims management, and billing and payments on our website, as well as  iOS and Android apps for a large health insurance company. This position will coordinate with the development team and internal departments to ensure we are meeting business requirements and creating a successful experience for our customers.

Responsibilities include:
1) Create JIRA stories and gather requirements to guide development and QA teams in creating a digital experience for our customers
2) Collaborate with scrum team to ensure they understand project goals, direction, and requirements
3) Examine our existing digital experiences to better inform your decisions
4) Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sanity testing prior to go-live
5) Identify and prioritize technical debt for the future
6) If possible, provide guidance to teams on operating in an agile / scrum environment.

Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree
- Previous product management or product owner experience writing stories and documenting business requirements
for a software product
- JIRA experience is a must
- Experience working with development and QA teams
- Strong experience in excel, PowerPoint and  SQL
