Job Description:

***Please submit writing samples or a portfolio of UX writing samples***

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Work with partner teams (e.g. UX, product, marketing, policy, legal) to ensure a cohesive content strategy, style guidelines, and terminology/word lists for consistent language
  • Write clear, simple, user friendly UI text for end-to-end experiences
  • Focus on content strategies that increase usability through navigation, labels, error messaging, and other elements of the end to end customer experience

Mandatory/Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field 
  • 4 years of relevant experience on user-focused writing, including work in hardware, software, marketing, digital agency, documentation, or journalism 
  • Experience shaping content for projects, with a portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines

Desired/Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working on localization and accessibility efforts 
  • Experience writing microcopy for mobile applications
