Job Description:

As a UXE on the Meeting Solutions team you will be passionate about how people collaborate and create together. You are both passionate about the problems our products solve, as well as how design and engineering work together to ideate and create it.

You will join us at an exciting stage of product maturity where we have created the table stakes and are now eager to differentiate and experiment at scale. Bringing your rare design and engineering skills we are excited for you to help us scale how we work together and solve for audio, video, hardware, and software across many platforms. You will be joining a friendly and talented team with plenty of opportunity for growth.


  • A high degree of craft 
  • A proactive and intentional creator 
  • Strong JS knowledge 
  • Deep experience of React
  • Extensive experience with Framer/X Design or Engineering beginnings. 
  • RBA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • High quality industry experience as an interaction designer or software engineer 
  • Strong systems thinking. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • 1 minimum year of experience, maximum 3 - 4 years.

  • Motion design with Lottie or similar
  • Real Time Communication experience (RTC)
  • Passion for prototyping
