Job Description:

Our client, a global name in social media, is in need of a top Project Manager for support of partner marketing connected to AR/VR marketing. Role is full-time and hourly on a W2 with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Work for the Technology Partnerships team managing large partner accounts
  • Work cross functionally in the AR/VR org with TPMs and product teams to track progress on all programs involving the partner
  • Create and maintain tracker to monitor progress across 10+ different projects, produce dashboards and metrics
  • Maintain up-to-date program schedules for each program and inform the partner of upcoming important milestones, and provide early heads up on potential escalations and issues
  • Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities
  • Track and report project progress, update documentation. Create and monitor project reports for program managers, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues with plan executions
  • Collaborate frequently and closely with the team to ensure program activities and project tasks are executed on time
  • Communicate with stakeholders, which could include both internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Experience with creating, reviewing, editing, and presenting dashboards and reports
  • Background in silicon technology is a plus
  • Experience with creating, reviewing, editing, and presenting dashboards and reports
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Project Management Tools
  • Ability to research, qualify, and present findings for new projects on the team
  • Independent, driven, eager to learn, and share information with other team members
  • Effectively collaborate schedules and meetings using tools such as Outlook, Calendar, Office 365, MS Project, Salesforce etc
  • Ability keep up in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, required
