Project Manager - PMO Trade Implementation - 

Broomfield CO & White Plains NY

Project will be in both WP & Broomfield, requires travel, approximately 2 weeks per month

Purpose / Objective: To utilize proven PMO skills in establishing, mapping, and tracking all facets of a high visibility full trade promotion process and system implementation. Includes business planning, funds & promotion optimization, trade promotion management, reporting & analytics

In this role you will be accountable for:
• Planning the project from design to implementation
• Mapping out timeline
• Holding stakeholder’s accountable to decisions, follow ups, and timelines
• Communicating among all stakeholders
• Setting up meetings & agenda’s
• Creating, allocating, and managing resources
• Executing each phase of project
• Troubleshooting any issues

The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor level studies
• Microsoft Project software experience
• Highly Organized, detail oriented
• Previous system & process PMO experience
• Ability to see how the project is tied to the organization’s overarching business goals
• Excellent communication skills
• 5-10+ years of experience of relevant experience
• Prefer PMP certified
