Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage execution of scaled marketing programs for retail customers (examples include direct mail and email nurture)
  • Work collaboratively with the global and industry teams to scale programs
  • Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to lead project management and execution of in person customer events covering multiple industries
  • Attend events/roadshows to ensure flawless execution; including: management and prep of booth staff, content, and demo management
  • Manage post-event activities including processing the list of attendees, writing lead follow up collateral for sales, and inspecting lead follow-up to drive pipeline
  • Deliver programs within outlined budget and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs to determine ROI
  • Develop impactful communications to internal and external stakeholders

Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory:

  • 3+ years business technology experience, especially in demand gen and/or field marketing 
  • Extremely strong attention to detail 
  • Experience project managing industry and customer events 
  • Excellent people skills and communication skills 
  • Project management skills including: managing agencies, vendors, and global projects 
  • Proficient in Google Docs / MS Office 
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics 
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels

Desired:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
