Description:
Accountable for the development and execution of training strategy and for designing training content for internal audiences. Includes recommending approach, designing curricula, and delivering content related to technology use and adoption in partnership with subject matter experts. Accountable for integrating and aligning with existing training programs. Accountable for coordinating with Human Resources, field and/or local training units, as needed. Responsible for creating the processes for monitoring and tracking of training, as needed.

Required
• Knowledge of current adult and workplace learning models and ability to determine the best instructional strategy using adult learning theory.
• Use of rapid e-learning development software such as Camtasia and Lectora, Storyline, or Adobe Captivate.
• Ability to design, develop, deliver, and implement instructor led training, virtual training, elearning, and social learning.
• Evaluating and selecting the most effective learning strategy and applying the most appropriate blended learning models to achieve business results.
• Define and develop plans for variety of scope sizes including programs, curriculums, courses, lessons, and learning activities.
• Demonstrated project management skills to ensure timely delivery of solution.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Nice to have:
• Experience developing learning strategies in a lean/agile environment
• Graphic design experience
• Photo and video editing skills
• 8+ years of experience in the role

Our team of consultants work to increase the adoption of digital workplace technology in our organization. Toward that end we have created an initial training framework and have gathered voice of customer regarding employees' desires related to training. The instructional designer has the expertise to take that foundation and create and implement a strategy to increase our people's digital savvy.

Flexible start and end time but core hours are 9 to 4
