Our client, a tech giant. is looking for Partner Marketing Manager in NYC for a year-long assignment. 

The Education Partner Marketing Manager will conduct marketing to, with, and through the partners who work with the company. Our mission is to help education improve with the power of the cloud. From research to teaching, to hackathons, educators and students are transforming what is possible with the help of the cloud.

This Marketing Manager will run both (1) scalable partner marketing programs and (2) custom marketing working hand in hand with a select number of premier partners. Within scalable partner marketing, the Marketing Manager will create and maintain the directory of partner resources, plan scaled events (live and online) and training for partners, and will provide review of marketing assets in accordance with our brand book. Within custom partner marketing, the Marketing Manager will review partner marketing plans, collaborate with marketers at partners on specific projects (like emails, media, and webinars), and generate new ideas to help our users with the help of our partner ecosystem.

Partners include resellers, distributors, technology partners, and independent software vendors (ISVs). The focus will be on partners in the United States, but we will also work with some partners in Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory

  • Partner marketing experience 
  • Ability to prioritize and project manage, taking ownership for driving work 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Record of collaborating across large teams 
  • Desire to be part of a fast-moving, start-up like environment

Desired:

  • Understanding of Google Cloud and Cloud tools
  • Passion for education and the public sector
