Job Description:

In this role you'll project manage the execution of up to 20 partnerships per year with well known global brands. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both autonomously and within a small team, previous partnerships experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. In this role you’ll be fully-immersed in the partnerships team as you attend weekly partnership status meetings, work directly with partners to explore new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns to life.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Establish timelines and secure campaign assets with partners
  • Project manage cross-functional internal teams (e.g. copywriters/designers/developers/product managers)
  • Analyze campaign performance for recap reports
  • Bi-weekly 1:1s with various team members
  • Weekly status meetings with partnerships team

Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory:

  • BA/BS 3-5 years of hands on experience in a sales/marketing role 
  • Client-facing experience 
  • Enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills and strong creative thinking skills 
  • Must be proactive and comfortable creating structure in an environment of ambiguity 
  • Strong organization skills 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

Desired:

  • Experience managing email campaigns 
  • Experience as an Account Manager at a media or digital agency 
  • Experience moderating a forum/community for a major brand online

Prescreen Question:
