Marketing Communications Project Manager
Education required: Bachelors
Lead the strategic marketing, planning and governance of the Health plan Member communications initiative and support other Integrated Marketing Communications strategic goals.
Project Focus includes following: (1) Leading strategic planning and member outreach strategy supporting paperless communication delivery (2) Clear and Simple content and channel strategy optimization for Member Benefit communications. This position requires strong strategic and critical thinking, presentation and communication skills. Lead cross-functional member correspondence improvements through Marketing Content Team and manage stakeholder engagement. Manage success reporting to test correspondence improvements and determine channel optimizations. Lead project planning to track overall goal status, member experience journey mapping, correspondence improvement workstreams and functional governance progress.
The Marketing Communications Project Manager, ensures that project results fulfill client objectives, reflect brand standards, meet all required criteria for accuracy and compliance, and are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner. The Senior Project Manager manages communications projects for multiple marketing and member retention programs for program-wide, regional, and/or service area clients. This position engages in problem-solving, decision-making, and client contact. This position also collaborates w/Brand Management, Creative Services, Operations and Production, Document Management Shared Services and other Consulting Services staff to promote and support Shared Services Marketing Communications goals.
Additional Required Functions:
• Develops communications project plans of a strategic or complex nature, which identify key issues, problems, approaches, performance metrics and resources required, and designs processes to address these problems.
• Designs research plans for data gathering and analysis and leads the assessment of the collected data and development of action plans.
• Plans and facilitates meetings, making formal presentations to various audiences that establish the procedures regarding the implementation of project outcome.
• Provides leadership to communication project teams in support of high-impact, multifaceted marketing and member retention programs.
