Job Description:

This is a full-time and onsite position with a Fortune 100 client in Round Rock. Your part: The all-important details associated with onboaording and training coordination for new hires in a global environment. Flexibility and white glove treatment is necessary for these new hires who are highly skilled and located around the world.


Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics for on-site, classes and experiential learning sessions
  • Provide rolling updates to training calendar (room requests, facilitator and presenter scheduling, and mapping attendee numbers to locations)
  • Monitor and respond to incoming requests that come through our enablement alias
  • Status updates to Program Managers and Regional Leads
  • Schedule onboarding and classes, auto-enrolls and work with room reservations team
  • Source facilitators and presenters for global classes
  • Monitor New Hire communications
  • Report metrics (attendance, surveys) to Program Managers & L&E leaders
  • Provide cohort learner assistance as needed
  • Manage learner portal updates and construction


  • MUST have event/training coordination background with 3 - 6 years experience 
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


  • Project or Event Management Certification
