Job Description:

As the Internal Communications Manager, you will:

• Create strategic approach and plan for cross-functional GBM communications in support of transition management/organizational/process change needs
• Develop and implement centralized communications (write, edit, and execute) relevant to cross-functional teams including news content for GBM Hub and weekly newsletter, presentations, etc.
• Owner of GBM Hub site content (create/develop/manage)
• Develop, foster, and nourish relationships with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional visibility, transparency, and sharing to enable holistic understanding of the work
• Escalate and resolve problems as necessary to ensure awareness and assistance with resolution
• Communicate and identify risks to project sponsors for their awareness and approval

• Bring energy to reinvigorate sharing information across teams and bring cross-functional transparency to top of mind
• Build respect and trust through their functional expertise and stakeholder engagement

• Create project plans, with work back details and dates
• Drive to meet delivery dates. If obstacles arise, find tangible solutions to get projects back on track
• Proven ability to remain organized while managing multiple competing priorities
• Solution oriented

• Advocates for visibility and sharing across teams, supports and champions cross-functional communications needs
• Strong presentation skills; with the ability to present confidently in front of groups and leadership

• Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives for projects and initiatives

• Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of professional communications experience
• Proven experience with writing content for an internal audience
• Expertise in Keynote, Microsoft Office, Wordpress, and Campaign Monitor; experience in Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
• High level of motivation and energy, hard working, driven, takes initiative and self-motivated
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, with a diverse group of individuals and talents, collaboration skills a must
• Ability to organize a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously within time constraints, while keeping high attention to detail
• An eye for detail, while also think about and convey “big picture” messages
• Strong team player and relationship-building skills; ability to create trust among diverse personal styles
