Job Title: Sr. Frontend Developer (React/Redux/UI)

Top Daily Responsibilities:
1. Translate user-requirements using React/Redux and ES6 to create efficient high-quality code.
2. Create scalable components using Redux store to manager application state.
3. Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use, to include adopting and tailoring component libraries to adhere to organizational style guides.

Top (3) Required Skills Candidates Should Have:
1. Have in-depth experience writing React with Redux as the state store.
2. Experience using Redux and Connent to maintain GUI state. Things to look for knowledge in: a) MapStateToProps b) MapDispatchToProps
3. Experience with ES6+ (functional programming). Things to look specifically for: a) Promise, b) Async/Await, c. Generators

Additional Skills Preferred (Not Required):
1. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment.
2. Experience consuming asynchronous RESTful endpoints from React. Here are terms to look for: a. http:request, b. thunk, c. Sagas.
3. UX Design/ Wireframe Experience via Adobe products- to include provide development considerations upfront in product design discussions.
4. Experience with component libraries (like MaterialUI, Material Kit, Shards, Grommet, or React Bootstrap) and tailoring components with organizational style guide.
5. Experience and/or exposure to Spring framework for backend services
6. Experience and/or exposure to microservices architecture.

Contract to Hire: Yes for the option (after 6 months), however the intent is 6 month w/ extensions up to 2 years.
