As a Sr. Communications Analyst you will:
* Play a key role to support team development by establishing and strengthening authentic connections with diverse audiences
* Develop strategic plans and initiatives that identify and align with business goals, outline clear messaging and audiences, while creatively engaging the appropriate levers to activate innovative storytelling.
(This will include efficient, timely communication across multiple channels and functions internally.)

• Help to communication vision, strategy, and roadmaps across organizational domain that are aligned with our client's strategies and initiatives
• Develop communication strategies/plans that identify business goals to be achieved, measurable objectives, audiences, messaging, creative concepts, communication channels, communications cadence, metrics
• Outline and continually update project plans; timelines and delivery calendars; and communications materials
• Lead on executing executive communications (quarterly exec comms, program updates, organizational changes)
• Coordinate project deliverables and act as a liaison for technical teams
• Develops efficient, timely communications across multiple channels and functions internally
• Supports and manages team communication needs, including delivering training and ad-hoc support when needed
• Source and create editorial stories to communication channels
• Assist the team with proofreading communications and presentations
• Create cross team video/graphic content and communications
• Develop branding design and branding for projects/team communications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, business, or related discipline
• Experience within Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism or other related fields
• 5-7 years’ experience in internal communications role, supporting globally branded organizations
• Excellent writing, strategic planning and editorial management skills combined with speed, flexibility and attention to detail
• Experience initiating and driving the ideation process contributing to meaningful, innovative strategies from end to end
• MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• LiveTiles, Campaign Monitor and Content Managements Systems experience, basic video editing and graphic design skills are a plus
• Skills such as multitasking, managing information and problem-solving, creativity, ability to work across functions and eager to contribute to team success
• Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
• Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
