Our Global media client is looking for an Account Coordinator to work in their New York City office for a long term temporary position (Will start as 3 months)

The Account Management group is responsible for being experts in their advertising clients’ businesses and the agencies that support those clients in both creative and campaign development. This team also manages the execution and optimization of campaigns that have been sold by direct sales teams.

• With assistance and oversight by more senior members of the AM team, deliver campaigns from the pre-sale proposal phase to development, through completion, to final campaign wrap up analysis.
• Handle multiple account tasks efficiently, effectively and productively
• Acquire knowledge and be conversant in client business goals and processes
• Effectively balance the goals of the client and the agency
• Partner with Creative Strategy team to align client objectives with our capabilities
• Facilitate collaboration with internal teams to assist with planning, building and launching campaigns
• Work closely with the Sales team to maintain existing client relationships
• Assist other members of the AM team with tasks related to daily account management; reporting, inventory risk assessments, RFP responses, daily pipeline review

• At least 1 years work experience, preferably at an advertising agency or digital publisher
• Interest in interactive advertising technologies and trends
• Able to prioritize, organize and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Professional approach in task management, team collaboration and execution
• The drive to go above and beyond to deliver for our clients
• Experience and interest in digital marketing and/or advertising
