Job Description:

The Manager of Digital Merchandising will lead the definition and development of a digital merchandising strategy that super charges a high growth channel. As an extension of our client's front store team, this individual will define growth strategies that create multi-channel customer behavior, drive higher share of wallet and higher lifetime value. Primarily responsible for all merchandising and promotional strategies and developing strong foundational relationships with key suppliers and partners. Problem-solving skills are critical, and an analytical approach to merchandising and marketing strategies will ensure continued growth in the personalized products business for our client.

Duties
• Lead strategy for key digital merchandising initiatives
• Grow market share in home health categories in-store and online
• Define the category site experience including search and browse optimization
• Partner closely with the front store home health category merchandising team to develop merchandising strategies including assortment, content strategy and promotions
• Partner with suppliers on marketing and merchandising strategies
• Develop promotional strategies across key customer segments that drive increased conversion and maximum profitability
• Partner with analytics and optimization teams to synthesize complex web data, product performance and voice of customer data to form actionable insights to accelerate growth
• Report on key events as related to category sales and promotional events
• Monitor competitor merchandising activity in the digital home health space as input to user experience


Requirements
o 3 – 5 years related work experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital native environment

Preferred Qualifications
o Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
o Excellent project management and organizational skills
o Strong creative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
o Ability to build productive cross functional relationships at all levels of the organization as well as with suppliers and other external partners
o Highly effective written and oral communicator
o Content management system experience a plus
o Web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics a plus

Education
o Bachelor’s Degree required - preferably in marketing, business, communications or related field
