Job Description:

Our large global, banking client located in Pennington, New Jersey is seeking a Digital Sales Product Manager for a year-long contract assignment, onsite and full-time.

This role will play a key role partnering with Marketing, Line of Business, Product Development, User Experience, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Technology and Legal/Compliance teams in the development and timely delivery of compelling digital sales and marketing content designed to build awareness and consideration of the client’s Brokerage and Investment solutions as well as fostering increased engagement and loyalty among existing customers. The successful candidate will be highly organized with executive presence and strong communication skills. In this role, he/she will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for the development and/or optimization of existing Web based, rich media and mobile experiences and for the timely delivery of experiences which will build awareness of brokerage and investment offerings, demonstrate brokerage capabilities and educate investors on a variety of investment topics.

The right candidate will possess a fluent understanding of online investing and the ability to contribute in the development of content that helps simplify the concepts and tools of online investing in order to help build investor confidence for both prospects and clients alike.


RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):

- Develops, maintains and presents delivery project plans, milestones, tracking and reporting templates

- Identify new priorities for development of web-based and mobile experiences in support of sales and marketing goals

- Manage development of business requirements documentation to guide creative development and technical development teams, production budgets, schedules and reviews with key stakeholders

- Manage development production budgets and development schedules. Partner with Editorial resources and SEO specialists in the development and approval of content

- Creates and delivers executive level presentations regarding program and project goals

- Manage editorial and design resources including Vendors/Agencies as well as key stakeholder reviews of project plans, milestones, content and design of new solutions

- Identify additional opportunities to further test and optimize existing experiences leveraging key insights from Web analytics

- The right candidate will be a self-starter, excel at fostering a sense of teamwork and follow a disciplined approach to writing


Required Experience:

• 5-7 Years in a combination of the following:

o Project Management, Program Management, Product Management, Content Marketing

(developing and delivering Web and Mobile sales and marketing experiences)

• 3-5 Years in a combination of the following:

o Regulated Industry, Financial Industry, Matrixed Organization

(ideally with expertise in investment space)

• 3-5 Years in a combination of the following:

o Digital Marketing Project Management, Digital Project Management

• Deep understanding of web and mobile best practices and technology

• Knowledge, understanding and experience with Digital Marketing channels including SEO, Paid Media, SEM, Social and Email

• Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional digital project teams in the successful delivery of consumer-oriented, technology-dependent experiences in financial services industry

• Strong attention to detail, ability to guide and influence partners and senior business leaders to gain commitment

• Strong emotional intelligence, consultative style and ability to partner effectively across teams


Desired Qualifications:

• Series 7 license

• Prior experience with Legal, Risk and Compliance processes • Project Management experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with high proficiency in Project, SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Experience with Rally and/or JIRA software
