Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Budget Coordinator to join the Marketing Creative Operations team. This role requires someone who can seamlessly balance operations support and finance responsibilities while holding an innate curiosity for the overall numbers. You will help with the validation of spending, as well as ensuring accurate budget allocation across various creative functions. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Creative Marketing Ops team and a chance to better understand the creative production life-cycle. This person will report to and work directly with our Budget Specialist and perform non-standardized tasks in a high-paced environment. While we are part of the creative department, you must have a desire and interest to be part of the Operations team. Timeliness, accuracy, and helpfulness are essential!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Submitting Purchase Order requests
  • Logging Purchase Order statuses
  • Reviewing SOWs and Estimates and incoming invoices
  • Catching errors and correcting them quickly
  • Putting together the documents of onboarding new vendors
  • Tracking spend for Creative Services and other Lines of Businesses such as Music, Arcade, and News


  • Thorough, detailed, and organized in terms of financial reporting
  • ”Loves” charts and pivot tables
  • Knows Excel and Numbers
  • Willingness to help and problem-solve
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication
  • Collaborative and trustworthy of sensitive information
