Our Leading Consumer Packaged Goods Client is looking for a Digital Art Director 

Role and Responsibilities:

The role is a bridge between Consumer Engagement, Design and the Content Studio. The Digital Art Director develops and oversees all digital assets fo brands. Duties include but are not limited to:
• 360 view of consumer touchpoints and ensure the cohesion between them, this may involve giving feedback to agency partners or working internally to develop visual synchronicity
• Develop the overall look or style of multiple brands based on brand standards and packaging
• Develop digital brand guidelines/style guides
• Determine how best to represent a concept visually and give recommendations to brands (photographs, art, or other design elements to use)
• Concept “big ideas” for brands (mainly for social/digital execution but could also include activations, campaigns, etc.)
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other members of the team
• Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments
• Design any assets needed to execute ideas and/or art direct Digital Designer on execution of design assets

Art Direction on Set:
The AD ensures that CE’s desired message and image is executed on set is ultimately responsible for output of shoot from concept to asset delivery. The process for content creation is as follows:
1. Work with CE to develop a thoughtful brief for Content Studio brainstorm
2. Brainstorm with CE, CS, CW
3. Develop finalized shots with CW
4. Design Pre-Production document
5. Present Pre-Pro to CE, CS, CW for CE final approval to move into pre-production
6. Work with studio assistant to develop prop list, help in creation of props if needed
7. Photoshoot, make sure vision is brought to life, on set decision maker
8. Make selects from shoot
9. Direct retouching/editing
10. Present final images to CE and make any changes with photo editor
