Our client, a global social media company, is looking for a Project Manager with social publishing experience to help with the rollout of a new tool for their company.

The Social Team is part of Global Consumer Marketing, and we help communicate our thoughts and company announcements to the world.
What you'll do
The Social Team is launching a new internal system for publishing and community management. This tool will be rolled out to 350 employees globally, across multiple departments. You'll help execute this rollout successfully and smoothly.
You will be working with our current Project Manager on the following:
Developing a launch plan-who we train first and how
Developing workflow processes - publishing and organizing content
Organizing training teams globally
Organizing permission processes-who has access to what accounts
Developing analytics processes and global reporting
Creating and maintaining process and project documentation
Developing a plan to efficiently on-board future new account contributors
You will be the point of contact for all questions about this tool, and liaising with the tool developers on feedback, questions, and bug reporting. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with internal cross functional teams.
You are detail-oriented and organized. Security is of the utmost importance in rolling this tool out, especially when it comes to who has access to what accounts and what content. Your focus is a flawless launch, while keeping efficient workflow processes in mind.
Skills: Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience in rolling out tools and/or processes to a company at a global scale preferably in publishing tools
Strong project management experience, especially on global projects
Incredible organizational skills
Takes initiative and is proactive as we are implementing new tools and processes
Minimum 3 years proven experience in project management
Preference for a fast-paced and dynamic environment; track record working across complex cross-functional teams
Resourceful, attention to detail, and comfort offering solutions and clarity where there is ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills; team-first mentality
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong working knowledge of Google tools (Gmail, spreadsheets, slides, etc.)
Experience on a Social Team is a plus
This role will be 7+ months and sits onsite in San Francisco.
