Put your creative design skills to work with this global technology leader!

Job Responsibilities:
As a member of the training team, you will be creating fun, thoughtful, visual assets and videos that we can use in a variety of formats. You will work with our team of instructional designers to create product and educational videos, as well as defining our team’s visual language by creating brands, templates, hero images, and implementing designs.

As a designer you will weave iconography, typography, color, space and texture together to delight users with designs that inspire, engage and excite them.


-BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. graphic, illustration, visual communications), or a related field. 
-2+ years of experience in a Visual Design role or Videographer & Producer role 
-Creating and editing graphics/illustrations, creating print layouts, and visual content for interactive and digital media 
-Motion graphic experience and knowledge in planning through production and publishing phases 
-Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Fireworks, Sketch). 
-Ability to effectively communicate and lead projects from concept to completion. 
-Ability to take design feedback and incorporate it quickly.

-Experience in lighting and filming 
-3D (Cinema 4D) experience 
-Adobe Captivate and Camtasia experience 
-Excellent track record of using a variety of graphic design tools including Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing. 
-Experience in producing training/education material 
-Experience with CSS and HTML
