Core Responsibilities 

Active involvement in rate cases and other regulatory proceedings including attendances at meetings and negotiations. 
Represent the Company at meetings with regulatory agencies and other outside organizations with regard to Customer Operations rate case programs and other regulatory matters. 
Perform research on regulatory issues and develop information supporting Company programs. This includes benchmarking with Utilities and other entities. 
Prepare fillings and responses to Commission Orders and Notices and in regard to new Customer Operations programs. 
Serve as Rare Case Coordinator working the Rate Case team to coordinate Customer Operations submissions of funding requests, testimony, exhibits, and work papers. 
Reviews, analyzes, and reports to the senior management on Customer Operations rate case programs requests. 
Prepares testimony, exhibits and work papers for use in regulatory proceedings. 
Prepares responses to rate case discovery requests and other regulatory related data requests (e.g. PSC Management Audits) ensuring that all requests related to or having direct impact on Customer Operations are evaluated and responded to in a timely fashion. 
Interpret regulatory filings and determine requirements with respect to Customer Operations and coordinate plans for compliance. 
Responsible for Customer Operations compliance with rate case determinations and requirements including development and management of Rate Case Project Plans and submission of executive updates. 
Prepare regulatory updates and briefings. 
Act as project manager in the development of Customer Operations programs. 
Interact, communicate and exchange information with personnel from other Company departments and from other utilities in the conduct of job responsibilities. 
Maintain well organized files and accurate records including maintaining back-up for computer files and safeguarding computer facilities, reports and work papers. 
Perform research and prepare presentations and reports for Senior Vice President of Customer Operations. 
Perform other administrative duties to include but not limited to, training coordination, events planning and various procurement responsibilities. 
Perform other related tasks and assignments as required. 
Required Education/Experience 

Bachelor's Degree 
Preferred Education/Experience 

Master's Degree MBA or MPP 
Juris Doctorate 
Required Work Experience 

5 years' experience in analyst or managerial position with skill in leadership and operational analyses. Required 
Must have demonstrated analytical experience. Required 
Must have experience in research and report writing. Required 
Must have strong writing skills. Required 
Must have the ability to interact and partner with various levels of management and internal/external organizations. Required 
Must have experience handling multiple assignments and changing priorities. Required 
Must have experience working independently and making sound business decisions. Required 
Must have demonstrate excellent oral communication skills and strong leadership skills. Required 
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Required 
Experience in project management. Required 
Regulatory or energy industry experience required. Required

Experience developing policy positions preferred. Preferred

Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
