Our Leading Consumer Packaged Goods Client is looking for a Digital Designer! 

Position Overview:
The Senior Digital Designer is the primary resource for all digital and social assets (from concept to execution to deployment). This person must understand brand architecture, be seasoned in strategic branding decision making, and have a passion for storytelling across touchpoints (social, in-store, advertising, etc.). This person must be able to translate brand and packaging design standards into compelling digital content. This role is also responsible for design and production of printed materials in relation to digital campaigns and beyond. This role is built to meet the needs of an array of projects and serves as a bridge between Consumer Engagement and Design teams. The ideal candidate must be able to balance urgent needs with a consistent workload, prioritize, and make decisions and communicate with authority. This person must be highly collaborative and a self-starter.

• Website Design and Production
o Design webpage layouts for mobile and desktop
o Understand technical requirements and the effect on functionality
o Work with agency partners for component optimization
o Work with in-house development team to problem solve functionality issues and optimize existing content
o Prototype pages for approval
o Production of all assets created
• Social Media Development Production
o Includes concepts, design, asset execution, production
o Photoshoot Pre-Production documents/planning with direction of Art Director
o Ability to organize content per brand strategy
o Strong conceptual ideas are a plus
• Email Design and Production
• Paid Media Design and Production
• Provide any other design support (including production) the Consumer Engagement Team needs. Examples include:
o Customer appreciation kits/swag design
o Environmental/Event graphic design
o In-store banners, shopper marketing graphics
o Work with agency partners to expand upon brand campaigns, deliver feedback per brand standards

Required Skills:
Must be a pro in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign but will also need to use other programs to varying degrees.

• Premier Pro or After Effects (light video editing and animation)
• XD (or other prototyping software such as InVision)
• Acrobat
• Bridge
