Job Description:

Duties: What You'll Do

Manage the design and development of various learning solutions that support a blended learning program
Use business process information to build your vision for innovative learning experiences and translate that vision into learning products
Provide thought leadership and feedback that elevates the quality of all training resources; quickly iterate as needed, optimizing the team workflow for effective yet efficient designs
Work with SMEs and vendor partners to synthesize content and produce digital and live learning experiences that support knowledge acquisition and application
Develop performance-based learning objectives and ensure training products are designed to achieve those objectives through effective design practices, testing, and other UX best practices.
Elevate the quality and effectiveness of learning designs used by end users and manage content based on business changes
Monitor knowledge and compliance globally and implement actions for individual uptraining, as needed

Skills: Must Have

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience
Experience and skills in instructional design, elearning development and project management
Experience with LMS environments, Adobe Creative Cloud, elearning content authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Elucidat, etc.), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Knowledge of different elearning formats and ability to recommend the best approach based on the uniqueness of each situation (.MP4, SCORM or xAPI)
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
Background in adult learning and instructional design; additional familiarity with design thinking, UX, and/or video production preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience in UX and visual/graphic design
Experience in sales, SaaS, or customer support
Experience working on a global team and with cross-functional teams
