Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced technical website project manager for our Client embedded marketing team to support one or more large scale website projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working through all stages of managing a website from information gathering, planning, design, content assembly, development, testing, and maintenance. In addition, this role will require strong technical web markup language (XML, HTML, CSS) as well as content management solution platform experience. This role will require working across a multitude of teams including content stakeholders, creative and brand teams, legal, and extended marketing teams as well as creative and development agencies. 

The role will require solid website and digital marketing project management and organization, cross-group collaboration, web design and content management skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication. This position is full-time and will be based out of our Client's office in Seattle, WA.


  • Create, launch and manage website landing pages, content and related properties
  • Support cross-channel marketing efforts through content editing across web, blog, and email
  • Edit image and video assets to be web-optimized and abide by company's brand guidelines
  • Implement best practices including content structure, tags and data cataloguing
  • Implement web analytics tags and tracking when necessary
  • Implement technical SEO best practices including content structure, tags and data cataloging
  • Test new web UI functionality and write non-technical documentation
  • Work on internationalization efforts such as partnering with localization team on localization processes and ensuring proper localization of site content
  • Adhere to the company's brand and content standards and guidelines
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal/external stakeholders


  • 4+ years of website project management with track record of increasing responsibility
  • Strong proficiency with website markup languages: XML, HTML, CSS
  • Expertise with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla!, Drupal, or other custom CMS platforms
  • Experience working on global websites, at all phases: new launch, site redesign, and site maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of web design principles including usability, UX and branding best practices
  • Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe CC/CS experience a plus
  • Strong business acumen, written communication skills and quantitative analytical skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL a plus
  • Experience working with website analytics software like Google Analytics, Moz, or BrightEdge
  • Fast and eager learner with ability to execute in a quickly evolving, sometime ambiguous environment
  • Media or Publishing Industry experience preferred
