We are hiring a Project Coordinator for our apparel global sports and footwear client in Portland, OR. Must be detail orientated and organized, collaborative, people person, Have Jira, Project Management Experience (basic level), Mid-level comfort with Excel Brand design experience with any creative process (nice to have), Affinity for college sports or colleges (nice to have), Tableau Reporting, Adobe reporting (nice to have). This is an entry level position seeking someone with 1-3 years experience. 

Details:
Support the Partnership Marketing team by managing our high school and college programs along with additional campaign and gift card support. This still sits within the performance marketing umbrella  (50%) High School Program: Manage and optimize over 100 high schools who receive a promo code as part of our donation program along with recruitment of new schools.

Day-to-Day:

Process applications; record and manage all school details.
Qualify and vet schools while working alongside US Team Services.
Use Jira system to create and deliver codes to schools.
Create launch packages and campaign creative.
Process donation payment through payment platform
Pull program insights and reporting to optimize existing or new schools.
Collaborate with additional Business Units to achieve overall team goals.
Must be comfortable with analyzing data, Excel and Powerpoint.

Manage communication to NCAA reps
Work with NCAA reps to gather and collect email lists
Work with Operations to update email lists on quarterly basis
Must be detail orientated and organized
Mange NCAA inbox and troubleshoot with schools if promotion is not working
(35%): NCAA Program: Manage and update NCAA athletic department email lists.
(15%) Partnership Campaigns: Support ad-hoc requests to help team reach overall goals.
Support ad-hoc gift card or partnership campaigns
Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly recaps by reporting their program numbers
