Job Description:

Develop Alteryx and Excel-based inventory and supply-chain network models to inform
strategic decisions
 Work closely with DTC, Supply Chain Operations, Distribution & Logistics to complete
sponsored and/or process improvements projects
 Maintain Direct to Consumer Product Flow model
 Support the development of retail strategic operational strategies through data analysis
and automated reporting
 Collaborate with team and end users to understand business intent, translate to data
requirements and deliver timely and accurate data
 Set up processes where accurate and timely updates of underlying data is being

Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-4 years in Retail, Supply Chain, Operations or
Educational/ Position Requirements:
 Preferred Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics or equivalent with
strong data analysis skills
 Proven Excel skills in using VBA, macro creation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Index and
advanced nested formulas
 Experience with large data set analytic software i.e. Alteryx, Oracle Advanced Analytics,
or other similar programs. Ability to build moderate to complex simulation models in
advanced analytic software and drop into excel to run what-if analysis
 Ability to develop, execute, manage and maintain highly complex reports
 Ability to translate business intent to detailed data requirements
 Strong collaboration skills including effective verbal, written and graphical
 Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines
 Must be solution oriented, data driven thinking and end results focused
 Retail business knowledge a plus

 Willing and able to work additional hours when needed
 Minimal travel required
