The Communications Specialist will support and drive the planning, strategic and tactical execution of communication initiatives within the Branding and Marketing Communities team with a focus on internal marketing communications.
Develop and support internal communication channels for the marketing function, and the organization of push, pull and interactive communication processes
Support the Global Branding & Communities team in managing and developing the internal marketing communications pull, push and networking communications tools, in terms of editorial calendar, coordination with stakeholders, content generation and user experience
Coordinate between the local offices and the global team on internal marketing communication strategy and tools.
Coordinate and support the development and execution of the Branding communication strategy
By helping the team to prepare all the main materials and content translating the strategy into action plans and communicating them through internal channels
By taking on a number of operational tasks related to online communication for various audiences
Cooperate with regional and local teams, regarding the practical roll out of communication initiatives and best practice sharing.
BA in Marketing or Communications preferred. MA is a plus.
3+ years of marketing/communications-related work experience
International experience during studies or professional employment preferred
Fluent English - Working knowledge of a foreign language would be a plus
