Job Description:

Aquent’s financial services client is seeking a UX Operations Coordinator / Design Operations Coordinator to join their newly dedicated UX Operations team. As a foundational member you will have a large impact on the growing team. You will work with engaged UX colleagues fostering a learning environment, and optimizing UX team members day-to-day workflow increasing productivity while enhancing creativity. This role is a 12-month very stable, onsite assignment. AQUENT pays a W2 hourly rate + benefits, 401k, and more. 

UX Design Operations Coordinator Role:

  • You will be working on the digital services team, partnering and supporting Creative Designers, UX Researchers, UX Designers, Content Writers, etc. 
  • You will be focused on more of the UX Operations and project management for the group Facilitator of UX Operations meetings, logistics, organizing 
  • This team uses a design-thinking led, Agile approach to rapidly ideate, iterate and test new ideas related to specific user journeys or business opportunities
  • Onboard and offboard team members in concert with people manager
  • Manage mac and related hardware including ordering, tracking and distributing
  • Manage design software and tools including ordering and managing users access
  • Assist with logistics for UX forums and communications (brown bags, newsletters, etc)

What you have:

  • Must have good background working with Designers, UX Designers, Art Directors 
  • 2+ years of professional design operations/program management experience on a product design team or as a producer at a design agency
  • Demonstrated program and project management skills
  • Enjoy networking and have experience working with multiple teams, stakeholders, and disciplines across time-zones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
