Job Description:

This is a permanent, direct hire role. The company office is in Mountain View, but after an initial on-site "getting the lay of the land" period, remote work will be permitted.


We’re seeking a UX designer to refine the company user experience and apply it to our exciting new features. You’ll work with a passionate group of designers, product managers, front-end engineers to see your features through from planning to implementation. You’re the voice of the user and will be in a unique position to interact with some incredibly passionate customers. You’ll use your full range of skills from product design, interaction design, and visual design to design the future of work.

Be the voice for our users in every aspect of your work.
Collaborate with other designers, product managers and front-end engineers to design low-friction products that are delightful to use.
Develop low and high fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively articulate your design decisions.
Iterate through design feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
Own your features. You can think through edge-cases, refine specs, find reasonable design solutions, produce detailed visual mocks, and work with engineers to build them.
Leverage analytics tools to measure success, find opportunities and support your decisions.
Gauge the usability of existing and new features and make constructive suggestions for change.
Write clear, concise copy for your projects.

You have at least 3 years of experience as a UX designer, designing and shipping consumer or enterprise products
You have a portfolio that demonstrates systematic thinking and continued iteration on designs.
You have a refined aesthetic sense and can both work within and expand upon the style.
You can present, justify and defend your design decisions to stakeholders.
You can understand the technical limitations behind your design decisions and have the ability to communicate your ideas to our engineers.
You actively look for opportunities to improve the product in innovative ways.
You stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and patterns and have the ability to critique them.
You are excited about a collaborative work environment and willing to help, share knowledge, and learn from your peers.
You’re open to feedback and constructive criticism.
You can function independently, be self-directed and can thrive in ambiguity.
You have experience working with design tools like Sketch, Illustrator, and Invision.

Bonus points if
You know your way around HTML, CSS, JS and other front-end technologies.
You have experience writing microcopy.
You have great illustration skills.
