Job Description:

Creative Operations Coordinator will coordinate creative touch points and support processes. Manage day-to-day operational needs to ensure efficient workflow of a multi-functional creative team

Job Responsibilities:
• Providing clear communication to a variety of people within the organization
• Ability to wear many different hats and swiftly switch gears when necessary
• Support meeting preparation for creative reviews and leadership meetings
• Support and eventually own global and US packaging project management
• Coordinate with creative team to gather meeting materials
• Set up internal reviews for creative team and ensure deliverables are tracking to timeline, raising up to leadership when necessary
• Assist in facilitation of weekly meetings
• Must be able to synthesize feedback and relay it appropriately
• Track creative invoices and consultants timecards
• Shepherd key milestones to maintain timelines and communicate risks
• Maintain project trackers
• Ability to build out timelines
• Vendor onboarding and maintenance.
• Work with Brand asset manager on asset requests
• Backfill project managers when they are on vacation
• Partner with Creative Operations team to identify process improvements and support implementation qualifications
• Participate in meetings at the operational and project level
• Function as a liaison point to keep all parties aware of overall project impact in order to facilitate management decisions at the earliest possible time
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• 5 years of experience within creative operations, project management or trafficking in a creative environment
• Experience in beauty or skincare is a plus
