Our client, a beauty company in the West Village is seeking a Creative Operations Manager that will support processes and manage day-to-day project management of packaging development and team. Support VP of Creative Operations in managing day-to-day needs to ensure efficient workflow of a multi-functional creative team

• Support VP Creative Operations in daily management of general team deliverables, resources, and assessment of scope feasibility
• Attend cross-functional meetings with Global and US teams to support and guide current Project Managers and manage expectations of deliverables
• Manage all aspects of Global and US Promo Packaging which include:
o Leading weekly packaging meetings and update tracker to maintain on-time schedules
o Working closely with purchasing and promo-dev team for promo packaging requests
o Tracking, routing and approval status through multiple software platforms
 ESKO and InMotionNow experience a plus – willingness to learn a must!
• Partnering with development and Brand Asset Manager for Product Artwork global sharing
• Onboarding of new vendors and ongoing vendor maintenance
• Onboarding of new consultants, assisting in getting them settled in when they start.
• Track creative invoices and consultants’ timecards
• Partner with Content Studio Manager to complete studio’s expense report on monthly basis
• Partner with Creative Operations team to identify process improvements and support implementation qualifications
• Participate in meetings at the operational and project level
• Function as a liaison point to keep all parties aware of overall project impact in order to facilitate management decisions at the earliest possible time
• Ability to build out timelines
• Prioritize tasks
• Backfill project managers when they are on vacation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• 8-10 years of experience within creative operations, project management or trafficking in a creative environment
