Job Description:

Design, layout and format a variety of creative projects primarily focused on the retail/consumer experience
Work with the retail merchandising design team and marketing teams on the development of retail designs that express the brand in the physical environment, including but not limited to: large format graphics, store windows, interior store graphics, print advertising, fixture design and point of purchase displays
Deliver industry-leading designs that are cutting edge and maintain consistently high visual standards throughout all environments by following the design guidelines and templates
Develop concept (collateral, 3-D samples, renderings) for marketing approval
Work with outside vendors/designers in executing approved concepts
Prepare mark-ups and assemble final layouts
Approve proofs when they return from vendors
Experience and Skills:

2+ years of design experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in retail store/merchandising design
Proven ability to research and translate design trends into graphic concepts that communicate clearly
Sound understanding of print production
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and other graphics software including 3D rendering software a plus
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and self-directing skills
