Job Description:

General Responsibilities:

  • TOA writing and submissions.
  • PO requests/approval confirmations and conscientious recording of all information.
  • Vendor invoice management
  • Provide manager with monthly education budget update including actuals/committed and forecast.
  • Serve as point of contact between manager and finance department.
  • For NPD requests – communicate between global educators and the brand team to ensure testers are delivered and feedback surveys are managed.
  • Manage concur and expenses for education manager.
  • Communicate with web developers regarding our online education programs.
  • Responsible for uploading new and existing education to Nuxeo.
  • Assist with the day-to-day communication with the markets.
  • Maintain all cross-functional content organized in AC Sharepoint and Nuxeo, ensuring easy navigation for the markets.
  • Support team in coordinating all product samples, place order and ensure timeline delivery to international markets.

Education Project Planning:

  • Responsible for coordinating all event production and logistics related to EMEA and North America All-Star + Team Crew trainings, in collaboration with production team.
  • Create the Education team’s travel annual plan, in collaboration with the markets.
  • Support team with Travel needs, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.
  • Manage the communication of the global markets reporting requests and needs to the global education manager for approval and decision making.

Material Stock:

  • Coordinate all PRO/Prestige channel merchandising material, included but not limited to gravity feeds, barber corners, free standing displays, salon frames, dopp-bags, capes, Wahl clippers, window clings, etc.
  • Work closely with International Markets to understand local needs and potential volumes.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to conduct competitive bidding and obtain final pricing.
  • Execute appropriate tracking/start documents like MDG, GOLF, CPMs and Team Room.
  • Consolidate final Global volumes across North America, Asia, Europe and LATAM.
  • Work closely with Operations to process all material stock through JAX and PLA following all internal policies and due processes.
  • Manage merchandising inventory to achieve appropriate inventory targets, closely monitoring excess in inventory and execute depletion plans.
  • Create and maintain Material Stock “visual book/living document” including code and photography for every SKU.


Gift packs:

  • Coordinate all PRO/Prestige Gift packs, included but not limited to Father’s Day, Holidays and Get the Duos.
  • Work closely with International Markets to understand local needs and potential volumes.
  • Work closely with Packaging Engineer to recommend, source and coordinate packaging materials.
  • Execute appropriate tracking/start documents like MDG, GOLF, CPMs and Team Room
  • Consolidate final Global volumes across North America, Asia, Europe and LATAM.
  • Coordinate production with Operations, including timelines, logistics and communications.

Requirements:

 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced organization as a marketing coordinator or admin professional
  •  Exceptional administrative writing skills.
  • Be adept in time management, execution, follow up, and have an attention to detail
  • Must have understanding or ability to learn category objectives and new product strategie
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Strong project management skills on various multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability and drive to navigate how to get things done
  • Self-motivated, responsive and tenacious
