We are looking for a driven individual who will work with Global Marketing and Field Marketing to help develop audience acquisition programs. The candidate will execute multiple audience acquisition programs with attention to the ROI of each program. She or he must have a passion for digital marketing as well as emerging technologies. We are looking for a candidate with a “can do” attitude not afraid of tackling new projects and figuring out the right steps to get it done.
• Help develop and execute inbound programs. He/she will participate in the development of inbound programs from conception all the way to tracking of results and reporting.
• Work with global marketing, field marketing, and other internal teams in an effort to execute simultaneous acquisition initiatives.
• Help conceptualize and execute new acquisition programs across multiple digital platforms including digital, social, and online media.
• In close partnership with marketing teams and Marketing Operations, track acquisition performance, and proactively present results and ideas for improvement to Audience and Segment Marketing Team.
• Track spend against budget.
• Closely monitor digital programs results and ROI.
• Manage media agencies
• 10+ years of Marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint
• Team player who can work efficiently with others
