Aquent has an immediate temporary opportunity for a Video Producer with one of our top-tier Fortune 500 clients in Austin.

Ideal candidates must have skills:
- 5+ years of experience working within a video production agency, studio or broadcast environment. Experience managing entire lifecycle of video projects. Experience creating schedules, SOWs, billing, estimating time, tracking costs and identifying project completion requirements. Excellent communication skills. Ability to anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, process, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.

Nice to have skills:
Flexibility in potentially traveling for video shoots (currently not required).

Job Description:
General Responsibilities: As a Media (Video & Content) Producer you’ll help manage the execution of video projects from development to post-production and through to delivery. This includes liaising with internal stakeholders and property owners, developing and managing documentation, project scheduling, budget tracking and status reporting - and any related factors that affect project success to ensure delivery of content within time, cost and quality parameters. Your role will involve video output by our internal creative team, in-house production partners, UGC content from contributors, onsite and remote contractors, external production vendors and agencies.

Skills & Requirements
• Understanding of video production processes and delivery including media plans, file specifications, digital platforms and tools.
• Experience managing and delivering video assets to external partners and media teams with knowledge of proper file formats and technology.
• Author and manage detailed documentation including production books, RFP statements of work, functional and business requirements and technical specifications.
• Experience creating schedules, SOWs, billing, estimating time, tracking costs and identifying project completion requirements.
• Ability to anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, process, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills, negotiation skills and the ability to be client facing
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
5+ years of experience working within a video production agency, studio or broadcast
environment.
