Job Description:

• Ensures adherence to brand standards and communication guidelines, assisting with the management of Brand Center. 
• Assist with vendor coordination and fulfillment as needed to support campaigns and projects underway. Sample vendor projects include: voiceover talent, graphic artists, video editors, videographers, and photographers to complete projects as assigned. 
• Helps create and compile messaging documents and ensures projects and deliverables adhere to current statements of differentiation and positioning. 
• Supports market research efforts and monitor competitors in the market to further differentiate client across channels. 
• Organize and maintain internal brand resources and photo assets, as well as keeping Brand Center up-to-date. 
• Organize and manage inventory for promotional and event materials. 
• Submitting vendor invoices for internal process and approval. 
• Assist in building internal awareness and involvement with brand engagement and UX programs. 
• Coordinates brand engagement efforts that strengthen brand awareness and community engagement. 
• Compiles and disseminates marketing information internally via Intranet and other communications channels including social media and broadcast emails. 
• Assist with brand engagement and awareness campaigns 
• Coordinate relationships with internal and external creative partners and consultants. 
• Work with User Experience Team to coordinate project requests such as videos, advertising, print publications, photography, email campaigns, website design/content, advertisements, landing pages, and more. 
• Compiles and maintains testimonials, including contacting clients to obtain quotes and permission, refining quotes, capturing relevant project details, and tracking usage. Manages and grows this program to bolster brand awareness and showcase innovation. 
• Assist in scripting and storyboard concepts to create a concise, compelling message that aligns with client’s mission and brand. 
• Assist with the design and implementation of effective constituent communications programs and social media strategies. Engage in all aspects of social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, etc.). 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 5 years of marketing and communications experience 
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines 
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
• Ability to produce quality work products with attention to detail 
• Responsive to feedback 
• Detail-oriented and precise 
• Experience developing education and outreach materials 
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) 
• Design Skills with Photoshop, Illustrator a plus
