Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Coordinator for a 1 year temporary position in San Francisco, CA. 


  • Assist team with all elements of production including: 
  • Help manage daily pre-production, production, and post-production deadlines 
  • Assist producers with required services agreements, purchase orders, licensing, and releases for projects 
  • Help Production Lead keep track of project estimates and budgets 
  • Update team resources and documentation 
  • Coordinate media management and workflows with freelancers  
  • Help with shipping and logistics for equipment and media 
  • Track equipment inventory + rentals
  • Help Interactive Producer with QA of final content and publishing when needed 
  • Assist with in-field production as necessary 
  • Assist with editorial research for project development 
  • Review budget and production schedules and update as needed while reporting recommendations and justifications for changes to management


  • 2-4 years of production management experience for a digital publisher, network or television production company; must also have a good understanding of production workflow and have hands-on experience in clip/field/studio-based productions
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple projects
  • Exceptional organizational skills and teamwork mentality
  • Experience with international customs is a plus 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams
  • Able to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and changing environment
  • Able to create high caliber content with limited resources


  • 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role
